APPOINTMENTS
To speak about making an appointment, please call us at (410) 835-4696 and leave a message. We return voicemails usually within 24 hours during business hours. We are currently open weekdays between 9am and 7pm.
We know it can be hard to call a stranger, so we’ll book your appointment as soon as possible at a time that works with your schedule.
Your intake session will last for 1 hour. Your therapist will get to know about your background, beliefs, interests, hopes for therapy, and what makes “you” the person that you are. Appointments following the intake session will last between 45 and 55 minutes. There are options for 75- and 90-minute sessions. Please ask us about these sessions if you are interested.
Prior to your intake session, please complete the digital forms that will be sent to the email address you provide. If you do not see these forms in your inbox or spam folder, please call us at (410) 835-4696.
LOCATION
Clients come to us from the Baltimore, DC area, as well as other parts of Maryland. We are available for video therapy, or telehealth, for clients in MD. Please let us know where you’re located when you call so we can schedule you accordingly.
The office building is ADA accessible and there is a single stall, all gender restroom on our floor. We are directly across from the Woodberry Light Rail stop. There is free visitor parking in the parking lot directly in front of the building.
Come in via the Meadow Mill entrance and take the staircase or elevator to the 2nd floor. Our door is next to the mailboxes. Alternatively, you may park in the back by the Potters Guild and come in the unmarked door on the right by the fire escape. Take the elevator just inside the hallway up to the 2nd floor, and go towards the lounge area with chairs. Our door is on the right.
Note: Please inquire whether your therapist is offering any in-person sessions before scheduling your appointment. If you prefer in-person, please let us know when you inquire about a first session, as this may determine which therapist is available for you.
